Teacher - Maths & Numeracy Co-ordinator

Midhurst Rother College is an 11 to 19 academy located in beautiful surroundings situated inside the proposed South Downs National Park.  Guaranteed DCSF funding of £31 million means the College moves into new buildings in 2012.  The College requires for September 2010 a well qualified graduate to be a teacher of Mathematics and Numeracy Co-ordinator.  The role is an excellent opportunity for an individual seeking their first post of responsibility. 

Mathematics is a very successful and popular subject.  We are therefore looking for practitioners with passion and commitment, and the ability to teach the subject to KS5.  Additionally, we seek a candidate with the ability to act as the College’s Numeracy Co-ordinator (working alongside an Assistant Principal with strategic responsibility for Literacy and Numeracy).
