An interesting opportunity has arisen for a Learning Support Assistant to join our Additional Educational Needs (AEN) Department. We are looking to appoint a Key Worker for a student in Key Stage 4, who has an Educational Health Care Plan. This is a temporary post for one year commencing as soon as possible until July 2018. 

The successful candidate will have the ability to analyse students' learning needs, encourage, motivate and support them to overcome barriers to learning; having high expectations of student achievement whilst enabling students to become independent learners and develop positive behaviours. You should be able to work in a team, be flexible and have a positive attitude.
